You have completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or similar field, or related experience in lieu of degree. You may have also obtained an advanced degree in similar fields. You have worked in a related role for at least 12 years including 8 years of project or contract development / management experience and are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean, safe energy and advance nuclear technology.

You may have also acquired the following skills :

  • Broad nuclear industry knowledge of design, operations, services, fuel, procurement and regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in contract negotiations, development of scope of supply, and terms and conditions
  • Extensive experience in cultivating and managing strong relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with major project plan development, implementation and administration
  • Strong analytical skills including the ability to develop business case financial and risk evaluation models
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively with all levels of staff & management

Your Opportunity

This full-time role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Risk Manager in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include :

Coordination of the Risk & Opportunity Management between the various Business Units through the various life cycles of a project from the tendering through the close out phase

Facilitate risk reviews / assessments and ensure mitigations strategies are being implemented / monitored as appropriate based on those assessments.

Develop "Risk Facilitators" to support reviews throughout the Business Units- this would consist of developing and hosting training in alignment with existing processes / procedures

Improvement of Risk &Opportunity management methodologies and the benchmarking with other similar projects

Continue to review / update North American Risk & Opportunity processes / procedures to align with the global Risk & Opportunity Management requirements

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $110,000 - $149,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.

Qualifications :

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Advertising or an equivalent combination of formal training and experience managing complex, fully-integrated, high-profile marketing / advertising campaigns with expertise in various marketing disciplines.
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry, especially mortgage lending, preferred.
  • At least five years of recent supervisory experience with direct responsibility for staff.
  • At least 8 years of marketing experience across multiple disciplines and channels (i.e. advertising, media, online, CRM, direct, mass) in direct-to-consumer, B2B, and data driven marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and execute projects / campaigns across multiple teams / groups, including process, and vendor management while consistently ensuring brand integrity.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with multiple and shifting priorities, which sometimes can be conflicting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including superior copywriting skills.
  • Excellent organization skills and the ability to work independently and multi-task with minimal supervision, while effectively identifying, organizing and prioritizing multiple projects for themselves and a department.
  • Salary : $110,000 - $149,000
