Qualifications :
- College degree required. Will consider professional experience in lieu of education. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- One (1) year of relevant work experience in training or educational processes to include design, delivery, and evaluation of core curriculum programs.
- One (1) year experience as a back-end user with Learning Management Systems and computer-based training.
- Facilitation / presentation skills required.
- Working knowledge with PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Word.
- Sales training experience a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management, time management and superior organizational skills a must.
- Ability to work with all levels of management and demonstrate critical thinking skills.
