Dollar Fulfillment is a rapidly growing third-party fulfillment company (3PL) for e-commerce brands with facilities in Idaho, Nevada, and Tennessee. We seek to add a highly skilled, detail-oriented Financial Controller to our team! Dollar Fulfillment aims to offer our clients an unrivaled customer experience in all aspects of our business. Our ideal candidate will go above and beyond to support our business operations accounting needs and take a proactive approach to providing top-tier service.
Responsibilities:
The core function of our Controller is to maintain all financial processes and procedures for a multi-location 3PL, including but not limited to:
- Billing and invoicing
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivables
- Banking and Treasury
- Financial Statement Reporting - Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and related schedules and reconciliations.
- Financial Analysis
- Key metrics reporting,
- Budgeting, Forecasting
- Manage Cash Flow
- Identify Cost savings
- Conduct a review of journal entries and account reconciliation
Requirements:
- Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks
- Proficiency in Excel (i.e. formulas, v-lookups, pivot tables, etc.)
- High proficiency in accounting principles (i.e. able to tie out Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement and Balance Sheet, Accrual Accounting, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills
Educational Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, with a master’s degree preferred. CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification or eligibility is highly desirable, reflecting expertise in accounting standards and regulations.
Experience:
Candidates should have at least 7 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
