Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Supervise and train sales associates to ensure they meet performance standards.
- Monitor and control store inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Operate cash register and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills and ability to accurately handle cash and operate a cash register.
