We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Sales Floor Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for assisting customers, restocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean store environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Restock returned merchandise and maintain a tidy store appearance.
- Assist customers with locating merchandise and respond to their inquiries.
- Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Bail cardboard and take out trash to maintain a clean store environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and bend, stoop, and kneel to perform tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
