Main Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the equipment operations team, including scheduling and coordinating repairs, maintenance, and inspections of commercial vehicles.

• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, EPA regulations, and company policies, conducting regular audits of mechanics' completed work and scheduled preventive maintenance.

• Five years of experience in equipment operations management or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of industry safety standards for commercial vehicles.
