About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Associate Lead. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive store environment.
You will work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, manage inventory, and oversee daily operations. In addition, you will provide guidance and support to sales floor associates to ensure they are meeting their sales goals and providing excellent customer service.
