Job Summary
The Sales Associate is responsible for acting as a point of contact for our customers, providing excellent customer service, operating the cash register, stocking merchandise, and performing other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, greet and assist customers.
- Operate cash register and scanner to process customer transactions, collect payment, and make change.
- Follow company merchandise processes, including stocking, restocking, and rotating merchandise on shelves.
- Maintain a clean store environment, including taking out trash, dusting, and mopping floors.
