Job Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with training new employees and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- At least six months of supervisory experience in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
