About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Team Lead to join our team at our Lake Park, MN location. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and ensuring excellent customer service. Your duties will include:
- Unloading trucks according to the prescribed process
- Stocking merchandise and maintaining plan-o-grams
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Assisting in setting and maintaining store displays
You will also be responsible for supervising cashiers, handling customer complaints, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations and follow cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of safety policies and practices
Benefits and Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of $13.50 - $13.75 per hour, depending on experience.
