Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding the products they need and provide excellent customer service.
- Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently, handling customer transactions and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Stock and recover merchandise, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and facing is maintained.
- Clean the store, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting, to maintain a safe and healthy environment for customers and employees.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A thorough understanding of safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- The ability to read and follow planograms and merchandise presentation guides to effectively merchandise the sales floor.
- 6 months of supervisory experience or related experience/training preferred.
