Job Summary:
As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our store, including cash handling, stocking merchandise, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also act as a lead in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, overseeing store operations and ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Unload trucks according to prescribed processes.
- Stock merchandise, rotate, and face on shelves.
- Assist customers with locating merchandise.
- Bail cardboard and maintain a clean store environment.
- Operate cash register and flatbed scanner.
- Greet customers and provide superior customer service leadership.
- Familiarize yourself with company policies and procedures.
In the Absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager:
- Authorize and sign for refunds and overrides.
- Count registers and make bank deposits.
- Monitor cash levels and make appropriate drawer pulls.
- Supply cashiers with change when needed.
Requirements:
- Maintain knowledge of cash handling procedures.
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations.
