Key Responsibilities:
- Unload trucks according to company procedures.
- Stock merchandise, rotate stock, and face merchandise on shelves.
- Assist customers with locating merchandise and resolve any issues they may have.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping and mopping floors, dusting, and taking out trash.
- Greet customers as they enter the store and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and bend, stoop, and kneel to perform tasks.
