We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Store Associate - Leadership Position. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for assisting customers, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean store environment.
Main Tasks:
- Supervise cashiers and assist with opening/closing store duties.
- Restock merchandise and maintain a tidy store appearance.
- Assist customers with locating merchandise and respond to their inquiries.
- Bail cardboard and take out trash to maintain a clean store environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and bend, stoop, and kneel to perform tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
