The Assistant Store Manager plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus.

**Responsibilities and Expectations:**
- Supervise and manage store employees to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and performing tasks related to receiving, unpacking, stocking, restocking, and rotating merchandise on shelves and building merchandise displays.
- Perform tasks related to opening and closing the store, including counting register tills and depositing money in the bank.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations.
- Good organization skills with attention to detail.
**Working Conditions and Salary:**
Frequent walking and standing, frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling, and frequent handling of merchandise and equipment.
New Hire Starting Pay Range: $16.10 - $16.60.
