GENERAL SUMMARY:
Maintains accurate inbound and outbound trailer records to help ensure the timely flow of trailers.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enters information into computer system as trailers are received from vendors or stores.
- Enters information into computer system as yard jockeys move staged trailers.
- Generates inbound and outbound trailer reports.
- Monitors seal integrity on inbound and outbound trailers.
- Meets and maintains safety, quality and productivity standards.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Basic math and reading skills; ability to use a calculator.
- Basic communication skills.
- Competency to utilize Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent organizational skills.
WORK EXPERIENCE and/or EDUCATION:

Experience in automated retail distribution center preferred

- Experience in clerical logistics environment preferred.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and Island Pacific applications preferred.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Exposure to changing climatic conditions and extreme heat and cold.
- Sitting or standing for long periods of time; walking long distances.
- Bending, stooping, squatting, or kneeling on a repetitive basis.
- Fast-paced environment.
Shift:
- 6am-4:30pm
