Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Unassigned District Manager, located in Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula in Michigan. The Unassigned District Manager will oversee store operations within the district, ensuring that stores operate in accordance with company policies and standards. Responsibilities include supervising store managers, conducting store visits, analyzing and implementing business strategies, and driving sales performance. The role also includes managing budgets, inventory, and staffing to achieve operational excellence.

- Strong analytical skills to assess store performance and implement effective business strategies
- Experience in budgeting, inventory management, and staffing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with store teams and customers
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Previous retail or district management experience is a plus
