Car Rental Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the rental department, including overseeing rental contracts, reservations, and returns.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering inquiries and assisting with rental needs.
- Conduct market research to identify potential rental opportunities and develop strategies to increase rental revenue.
- Maintain accurate inventory control by tracking rental equipment, ensuring availability, and coordinating repairs or replacements as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote rentals and cross-sell products or services.
- Utilize data entry systems to input and manage rental information.
- Negotiate rental terms and pricing with customers to maximize profitability.
- Train and supervise rental staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of inventory control principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with customers.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Management: 5 years (Required)
• Car rental agent or Car rental management: 3 years (Required)

Salary : $60,000 - $110,000
