- Managing and overseeing all related departmental functions for the various departments of the Distribution Center, including Receiving, Order Selection, Shipping, and Equipment
- Ensuring high-quality results through effective coaching and leadership of supervisors and associates
- Maintaining high operational standards and safety protocols
To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum of three years of experience in distribution center management or operations, along with solid knowledge of distribution center practices and procedures. A bachelor's degree in business administration or logistics is also preferred.
