The Talent Acquisition Systems Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting, managing, and optimizing our talent acquisition and onboarding systems, with a primary focus on Workday Recruiting. This position is part of a team administering and configuring Workday Recruiting, ensuring seamless recruitment operations, and providing system expertise to enhance the hiring process.
The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and technically proficient individual who can manage the end-to-end lifecycle of recruiting systems, troubleshoot issues, and act as a key liaison between HR and IT teams to ensure that our recruiting system is optimized to meet the company's needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Workday Recruiting Administration:
- Serve as one of the primary administrators for the Workday Recruiting platform.
- Support system configurations, updates, and enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to recruiting processes.
- Conduct regular system audits and ensure data integrity across the recruiting system.
- Work with key stakeholders (recruiters, HR managers, hiring teams) to ensure the system is meeting the needs of the business.
- System Maintenance & Configuration:
- Customize and configure the Workday Recruiting module according to business needs.
- Develop and maintain workflows, requisition templates, and candidate tracking functionalities.
- Support system upgrades and ensure that new features and functionalities are implemented efficiently.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Generate reports, dashboards, and analytics related to recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate source tracking).
- Collaborate with HR analytics teams to create tailored reporting solutions and provide insights on recruiting trends and process improvements.
- User Support & Training:
- Provide user support and troubleshooting assistance to HR teams and hiring managers.
- Personally resolve internal tickets from end users that are escalated to the COE.
- Train and educate team members on how to use Workday Recruiting effectively.
- Stay up to date on the latest Workday Recruiting features and capabilities and share this knowledge with the team.
- Collaboration with IT & HR Teams:
- Partner with IT to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth integration with other HR systems.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of the candidate experience by recommending system updates and process improvements.
- Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with external vendors or third-party tools integrated with Workday Recruiting, ensuring compliance and proper functioning.
- Required:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in direct Human Resources application support, Workday Recruiting Administrator strongly preferred.
- Experience in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting recruiting systems and HR applications.
- Experience in generating reports and analyzing data within Workday or similar HRIS tools.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams, including HR, IT, and people leaders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred:
- Workday Certified (Recruiting module preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with additional Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Compensation, Learning) is a plus.
- Knowledge of additional recruitment technologies or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
