About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Floor Merchandise Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Floor Associate at Dollar Tree, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our stores operate efficiently and effectively.

• Process sales transactions while operating assigned cash registers with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain the security of all cash and assets within the store.

Requirements:

• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.
• Be flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Possess basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a cash register.
