About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager with all operational tasks, with a focus on front-end and sales floor operations. This includes:
- Supporting the Store Manager with daily tasks, such as managing cash handling practices, processing damaged merchandise, and maintaining store supplies and expense control.
- Assisting with the management of cashiering activities, seasonal areas, and merchandising initiatives to maximize impulse sales.
- Coordinating with the Store Manager to receive and return DSD merchandise, process corporate directives, and adhere to policies and procedures.
In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will have prior retail experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
