About the Job
This exciting role involves assisting the Store Manager with merchandising and freight processing tasks. You will also be responsible for hiring, training, and developing store associates.
Key Duties
- Assist with store operations and daily activities as directed by the Store Manager.
- Support the Store Manager in maintaining stockroom organization and ensuring the sales floor is sales effective on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to plan, merchandise, and maintain Clip Strips and Power Panels with sales effective items.
- Participate in planning and implementing monthly Sales Planners as directed by the Store Manager.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Prior retail experience and leadership skills are highly desirable.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
