Sales Supervisor

As a Sales Supervisor at DollarDays, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our sales department. You will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the growth and profitability of the company. This role requires strong leadership skills, sales expertise, and the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team. This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm.


What YOU will be doing:


  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the sales team, ensuring they are motivated and aligned with the company's goals and values.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Monitor sales targets for individual team members and the team. Implement strategies to meet or exceed these targets. Provide or engage others as needed to coach individual team members to achieve success.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate team performance through KPIs, call quality, and sales metrics. Provide regular feedback and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales objectives.
  • Sales Meetings: Organize and lead regular sales meetings to communicate goals, share updates, and foster collaboration among team members.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting open communication and teamwork among team members.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that team members provide outstanding customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Discounting and Margin Protection: Review and approve discount requests from sales team members, ensuring they align with the established discounting guidelines and profitability targets.

  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a sales team.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
