We are seeking a talented and passionate Beautician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in beauty treatments and customer service, with the ability to provide exceptional experiences for our clients. As a Beautician, you will be responsible for delivering a range of beauty services while promoting products and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Duties

• Perform various beauty treatments including hair styling, skin care, and makeup application.
• Conduct esthetic laser treatments and administer dermal fillers as required.
• Sanitate all tools and workspaces to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Provide product demonstrations to clients, showcasing the benefits of various beauty products.
• Engage in retail sales by recommending products that meet client needs and preferences.
• Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY or Millennium for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their concerns or inquiries.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations.

Skills

• Strong sales skills with a proven ability to drive retail sales in a salon environment.
• Experience with esthetic laser treatment techniques is highly desirable.
• Proficient in conducting product demos that effectively communicate product benefits to clients.
• Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
• Familiarity with salon management software such as MINDBODY or Millennium is preferred.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards within the salon.
• Knowledge of dermal fillers and related aesthetic procedures is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
