Dolly Parton's Stampede, The Most Fun Place to Work in Branson is seeking a diverse and experienced Supervisor to join our Call Center / Guest Services / Ticketing Center Team.
Requirements :
- Past experience as a supervisor or lead in a ticket sales, guest services, or call center environment.
- Experience using a computer based system for managing in bound calls, ticketing, POS or other related system.
- Experience with managing guest transactions (cash / credit cards)
- Self-motivated and capable of managing a call queue and working with limited supervision.
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
