What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at Dolly Partons Stampede Pigeon Forge?
Position: Arena Server
Let the competitions begin at Dolly Parton's Stampede Dinner and Show! We're seeking friendly and high-energy individuals to serve our fabulous four-course feast.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive at your assigned section. Be informative of the meal that will be served.
- Prepare & serve beverages to your assigned sections during dinner service.
- Serve the standard menu at designated times during the show.
- Understand food allergies and what options are available. Be vigilant when serving any guest with a food allergy.
- Clean table & section when dinner service is complete.
Qualification Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age.
- Must obtain a valid Tennessee state ABC permit.
- Education requirements include high school diploma / GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands:
- Continuous walking on level ground as well as up and down steps.
- Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and balancing.
- Frequent lifting and carrying of trays with beverages, food and used dishes.
