This role exists to provide all Dollywood Company properties with Maintenance support through the construction, modification, and repair of structural systems. All of this will be done in a manner consistent with the mission, values and operating philosophies and standards of the Dollywood Company.

Summary of Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Construct, modify, and repair structural systems comprised of, but not limited to, foundation systems, framing, sheathing, roofing, door and window installation, exterior siding, gypsum board, interior and exterior trim in compliance with Southern Building Codes, OSHA Regulations, and applicable industry standards
- Utilize basic measurement skills as they pertain to carpentry work, i.e., foundation plans and elevations, and identify materials as provided within blueprints / scale drawings
- Operate construction equipment needed to perform assigned projects, i.e., bobcat, forklift, manlift, dump trucks, etc
- Assist with conducting scheduled maintenance and regulatory inspections
- Plan and develop work schedules, equipment usage schedules, and procedures for equipment maintenance
- Maintain records of work completed
- Perform duties in a safe manner in compliance with manufacturer's specifications, company policies & procedures, applicable regulations, and industry standards
- Must work independently as well as in a team setting
- Assist others as requested
