What are the responsibilities and job description for the Central Sales Territory Manager position at Dolov USA Inc.?
Salary will be based on experience.
Variable compensation is paid quarterly and annualy based on achievement of sales targets and objectives.
Role Summary:
This is a new territory with a primary focus on growth. This role requires a dedicated sales professional to manage and grow business within the territory including Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wyoming, Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, Colorado, and Utah. The primary market focus will be within the Industrial, Food Processing, Recycling, and Agricultural industries.
Reporting to: National Sales Manager
Role Expectations:
- Accountable to obtain/maintain monthly sales and margin objectives
- Accountable for completing a mutually agreed upon number of sales calls each month.
- Accountable for meeting both individual and team annual sales revenue objectives
- Responsible for current sales base and ability to close new business to achieve growth targets
- Identify and develop new customer relationships while maintaining existing relationships
- Develop a clear strategy for the territory and deliver to performance target aligned with company strategy
- Deliver Dolav USA unique Customer experience by effectively demonstrating our selling methodology
General Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through cold calling and prospecting
- Promote Dolav USA through various online channels to help market new products and increase brand awareness
- Utilizes a sales strategy to facilitate performance
- Coordinate with internal and external resources, both domestically and internationally, to enable effective relationships and drive projects to successful sales.
- Identify new business opportunities by addressing customer concerns with problem solving
- Capture and communicate customer insights and market trends
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly
- Represents Dolav USA at trade shows and materials associations
- Active management of lead and opportunity pipeline
- Track and analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions
Minimum Education, Experience and Skill Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with dealer networks and customers
- Effective, presentation, oral and written communication skills included the use of Microsoft office
- Must be a team player with high personal motivation to meet business objectives
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to compile and analyze data
- Business acumen, planning and analysis skills.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and coordinating resources to drive successful projects.
Preferred Education, Experience and Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business related studies with 3-5 years’ experience in sales and marketing
- Experience with SAP and CRM
- Ability to understand technical requirements of the market
- Knowledge of Agriculture, Farming or Food Processing in the region
Travel Requirements:
- Willingness to travel up to 75% within their territory. Must live in a central location, in the defined territory and within an hour or less of an airport.
