Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Hostess at Lido, located in Pismo Beach, CA. The Hostess will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, seating guests in the dining area, providing outstanding customer service, and handling phone inquiries. Additionally, the Hostess will assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Qualifications
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
- Experience with managing Reservations and Customer Service skills
- Proficient in Phone Etiquette
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience is a plus
