What are the responsibilities and job description for the Photographer/Sales position at Dolphin Connection?
Dolphin Connection is looking for a Part Time or Full Time Photo Lead to join our team. A Lead's main responsibility is capturing the once-in-a-lifetime moments of our guests during their participation in any of our interactive programs. As a Lead you will be the "go between for the photo staff and General Manager. You will assist the General Manager in making sure the day to day responsibilities are accomplished. Photographers are a key factor in a successful operation, so customer service skills are a must! Photo experience (whether professional or hobby) is preferred. On site training will be offered.
Responsibilities and Duties
Ability to take high-quality photos
Sales; selling photos after each program
Answering phones
Assisting guests with reservations, photo downloads, questions etc.
Daily open and closing duties
Assist other team members with any job duties
Money handling
POS/Computer involvement
Qualifications and Skills
Must have good people skills
Must at least have a GED
Must have reliable transportation
Must be a team player
Must be self-motivated
Basic computer skills
Must either have basic knowledge of cameras or be willing to learn
Some photography experience preferred
Commission on photo and reservations will be eligible after 30 days of employment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
