As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our hotel. Your role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about hotel services

- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Operate phone systems, make reservations, and manage guest bookings
- Perform night audit duties as required
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Provide multilingual support when needed
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or customer service is preferred
