JOB DESCRIPTION
- Daily Packet Report - Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, and auditing information regarding F&B/Sales Promos. Distribute daily to the executive
committee.
- Guest Ledger Auditing – Reviewing guest ledger on a weekly basis to ensure balances are
settled.
- Guest Inquiries – Review and respond in a timely manner to incoming inquiries through our
guestcalls portal.
- Post incoming and outgoing shipping charges – Review all shipping fees and post to the
appropriate guest account within a timely manner. Follow-up and resolve past due accounts and
shipping invoices until payment in full is received or resolved. Receiving Fed-Ex login info to
manage pick-ups and return labels for shipping department.
- Part-time Storeroom Aid – Assist in storeroom when needed (to ensure inventory is logged out
correctly and procedures are being followed).
- Daily S&P’s - Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy. Organize, secure, and
maintain all files, records, and reports in accordance with policies and procedures. Classify,
code, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using
journals, ledgers, and/or computers.
Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified.
Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and
professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets; protect the
privacy and security of guests and coworkers. Speak with others using clear and professional language;
prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate
etiquette. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds
without assistance. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to
reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Perform
other reasonable job duties as requested by Accounting Managers.

The hourly rate is $21-22 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
