Job Summary
Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests’ chairs rapidly and accurately
Act as the contact point between Front of the House and Heart of the House associates
Communicate food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities and special requests (e.g. food allergies)
Assist the servers if needed with placing appropriate eating utensils and napkins
Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards (e.g. proper temperature)
Check in with customers and take additional orders or refill beverages, as needed
Remove dirty dishware, utensils, and trash
Answer guests’ questions about ingredients and menu items
Inform pool servers and managers about customers’ feedback or requests (e.g. when they ask for the check)

Ideal Skills and Experience
Experience as a Food Expeditor or similar entry-level role
Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
Physical ability to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours
Availability to work various shifts, including weekends
Multi-tasking abilities
Good oral communication skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment
The hourly rate $16.75 tips and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
Salary : $17
