Requirement for Network Security Engineer with Juniper Firewalls Exp
Location: Albany, NY & Austin, TX (100% onsite)
Duration: Long-term
Responsibilities:
- Gather network security requirements
- Architect and design Network and Network Security solutions
- Architect and design Juniper firewalls and IDP/IPS
- Configure/implement/upgrade Juniper firewalls and IDP/IPS
- Configure firewall policies on Juniper and optimize firewall rules
- Configure Cisco Network switches and routers
- Configure dynamic protocols, to include RIP, OSPF, and BGP
Requirements:
- Must have 10 years of experience designing and architecting Juniper firewalls
- Must have 10 years of experience configuring Juniper firewalls
- Must have 10 years of experience configuring and supporting Cisco network switches and routers
- Must have experience gathering security requirements and designing network security
- Must have experience defining and configuring firewall policies
- Must have experience optimizing firewall rules
- Must have experience configuring Juniper IDP/IPS
- Must have experience configuring dynamic protocols RIP, OSPF, and BGP
- Must have excellent understanding of security architecture and integration
- Must be proficient in Visio diagramming and design documentation
