Job Description:
In order to augment our SAP support team, we are looking for a senior SAP analyst specialized in SAP Variant Configuration technology.
On a daily basis, the following tasks will be executed:
- Provides day-to-day technical support for SAP CRM and SAP ECC variant configuration implementation (SAP IPC and LO-VC).
- Utilizes soft skills and troubleshooting skills to resolve client issues and questions.
- Develops trouble-shooting and workaround strategies.
- Maintains a trustful relationship with business stakeholders.
