The Facility manager must be able to lead a team focused group of employees through daily activities to produce a safety based learning environment for swimming lessons. The manager will be expected to motivate employees, students and customers, by completing the following duties and responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Adhere to our Mission and Principles
Focus on customer service by maintaining safety, quality programming and instructing.
Update and maintain facility procedure manuals.
Lead two managers in the successful supervision of 25-40 employees.
Multi-task completion of daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities from customers, employees, and company owners.
Interviewing, hiring, training, and ongoing staff evaluation.
New program development and implementation.
Monthly and annual budgeting.
Bimonthly payroll reporting to corporate bookkeeper.
Development and coordination of marketing campaigns.
Attend quarterly management meetings with CEO and other company managers.
Maintain adequate supplies and cleanliness of the facility.
Stay current with building requirements and repairs.
