Job Description :
Supervises all on site dispatching and reservation processes. Establishes and executes plans to ensure the smooth operation of the Dispatch / Reservation office. Follow up with customer complaints regarding service. Once drivers are trained and released into the Operations department the Operations Manager works with all drivers ensuring compliance with the company policies and standards and providing excellent customer service. Works closely with the service manager regarding scheduling the equipment for regular maintenance and service based on regulatory and scheduling needs. You will also work with the service manager when dealing with equipment breakdowns during operations. The Operations Manager is also responsible for scheduling wash personnel and ensuring the vehicle wash team maintains the highest standards of cleanliness for the fleet.

- 2 to 5 years of experience working in the Charter bus and passenger transportation work experience as an Operations Manager
