What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Service Representative position at Dolphins Plus Marine Mammal Responder?
Dolphins Plus Marine Mammal Responder (DPMMR), a 501(c).3, is committed to the conservation and protection of marine mammals, worldwide, through our active involvement in conservation, research, extensive education, and outreach programs. DPMMR promotes a greater understanding of marine ecosystem science, marine mammal conservation, and environmental stewardship via powerful daily interactions with the general public.
As a Guest Service Representative, you are the first person guests interact with. Whether it be for a reservation, an inquiry, or even a reported marine mammal stranding, our staff must relay information professionally and accurately.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Photography of our dolphins and dolphin programming, guest reservations, retail sales, inventory management, photo processing, and answering phones.
Computer skills recommended! Creative and organizational skills welcomed!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
