Full job description As a Project Manager, you will act as a conduit supporting the full scope of our business, and facilitate information between all parties – internal and external. audit, plan and coordinate project resources, and communicate so projects are delivered on time and exceeding expectations. A project manager should be able to work closely with sales, estimating, engineering, purchasing, and production staff to create comprehensive action plans concerning resources, budgets and timeframes for projects. Minimum Skill or Experience Requirements : 2-5 years Design / build or fabrication experience Construction or Design Project Management Experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Microvellum / Solid Works Excellent interpersonal skills Outstanding personal organization skills Experience within the construction and / or interior design industry Must be excellent at prioritizing tasks Solution oriented thinking Experience in client management. Resourcefulness & solution-oriented thinking. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage and assign priorities to multiple tasks. Essential Duties : Ensure all project management templates and forms are active in internal project management software Receive new production documentation from clients Submit production documentation to necessary personnel Organize project kickoff meetings Attend project kickoff, weekly Production, and weekly client production meetings. Review labor hours and material cost estimates with manufacturing management Submit all RFI requests to client project manager Receive and distribute all final documentation to appropriate personnel Verify materials and hardware are received, correct and on time Coordinate and schedule sample production with plant scheduler Submit finish samples to clients Receive and file all approved material samples Update project spreadsheets for team visibility Identify and describe Scope of Work and develop project budget / estimate. Facilitate and actively take part in project meetings. Maintain projects digitally on project folders; including all assets, estimates, and client communication. Coordinate Project Resources Lead day-to-day communication with production regarding project status and needs. Work with Purchasing to identify, source and manage appropriate vendors and suppliers with given supply chain. Work with Production Team and Purchasing to keep up-to-date audit on all resources. Identify and communicate project challenges and brainstorm solutions with other departments. Deliver Projects on Time, Within Budget, and Exceed Expectations Coordinate all change orders along the project time-line Deliver great service to our client to help facilitate their needs.
