Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chesapeake, VA, for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, designing and implementing individualized treatment plans, teaching and guiding clients, and providing parent education. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and sustained progress in clients' behavioral development.

Qualifications

- Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management
- Background in Psychology
- Board certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Experience working with diverse age groups is a plus
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
