Responsibilities
Collaborate with the BCBA or the BCaBA to implement individualized treatment plans and behavior interventions for children with autism and related disorders.
Collect data on client progress and assist with the analysis of data.
Assist in the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Provide feedback to families and caregivers, ensuring that strategies are being effectively applied in the home and community settings.
Attend and contribute to team meetings and case reviews to ensure high-quality care and treatment consistency.

Qualifications
- Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
- Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- BCBA or BCaBA certification required
- Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities is preferred.
