Description :
We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Activities Coordinator to join our team. The Activities Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing a variety of activities for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with people and a desire to make a positive impact on their lives.
Job Details :
Shift : Monday-Friday 12 : 45p-5p
Pay : $17.25 / hr
Location : Minneapolis, MN
Responsibilities :
Plan and organize a variety of activities for clients, including but not limited to arts and crafts, games, exercise classes, and outings.
Develop and maintain a calendar of events and activities.
Work with clients to identify their interests and preferences and incorporate them into the activity schedule.
Ensure that all activities are safe, appropriate, and enjoyable for clients.
Maintain accurate records of attendance and participation in activities.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure that activities are integrated into the overall care plan for each client.
Communicate regularly with clients and their families to keep them informed about upcoming activities.
Housekeeping duties as needed.

Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Creativity and enthusiasm for developing engaging activities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for clients' privacy.
Must be able to pass a background check and motor vehicle record check (driving is required.)
