We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful HR Specialist to join our growing startup team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance. Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and answering employee questions.
- Support employee relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations including conducting employee file auditing and follow up.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with performance management processes and initiatives.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a startup environment.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
