Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our production team for the 2025 harvest season. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced winemakers and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of winemaking, from vineyard sampling to barrel work.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cellar duties including grape receival, crushing, pressing, filling, and topping.
- Clean and sanitize winemaking equipment and facility.
- Assist with fermentation management including sampling, processing, additions, cap management, and pressing.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in oenology/viticulture or related field is a plus.
- Beverage production experience is preferred.
- Experience with forklifts, presses, barrel work, or other cellar operations is a plus.
