Job description

We are looking for a schedule coordinator / dispatcher to add to our NYC team of customer focused, team driven professionals. The primary role of the schedule coordinator / dispatcher is to ensure that inspectors daily schedules run efficiently and that we meet client needs in a timely and professional manner. The schedule coordinator / dispatcher's goal is to provide exceptional service by skillfully evaluating each customer call for severity needs and concerns and couple them with the appropriate field staff according to skill set and location. This position must effectively communicate with inspectors and customers on any day-to-day situation that arises to ensure a steady process in a busy environment.

Job Duties :

• Schedule and coordinate all inspections.
• Proactively plan, forecast, and dispatch inspections.
• Accurately dispatches the required Inspector with the correct skill level for the service call minimizing unnecessary costs and building customer confidence
• Communicates the status of the service call to the customer while it is in progress and follows up with the customer after the service call has been completed
• Determine best course of action, using discretion and judgment to ensure all inspector and client concerns are dealt with in a timely manner to enhance client satisfaction and retention
• Works closely with various departments to provide administrative tracking support
• Makes recommendations to improve and strengthen the Customer experience
• Works cohesively with various departments to support and promote multiple business solutions
• In addition to the Dispatch duties this position will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks as requested
