- Must have landscape maintenance and or landscape construction experience that is verified, you will be expected to run leads on day 1.

- Excellent customer relationship management skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strategic planning expertise with a focus on long-term growth initiatives.
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
- Proficient in using software tools such as Salesforce for managing leads and tracking performance metrics.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and make data-driven decisions.
