**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Finanical Branch Manager/ Loan Officer to join our team. The Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall well being and performance of the consumer loan office.
**Responsibilities:**
- Evaluate loan applications and documentation by confirming credit worthiness
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations
- Drive new loan growth while maintaining the current loan portfolio and managing P&L
-marketing and dealer business development
**Qualifications:**
- Proven working experience as a Financial Branch Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of legal regulations and best practices in loan origination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales ability, excellent negotiation skills, and knowledge of financial services industry
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field preferred but not required
