Position Overview: The Center for Pacific and Asian Communities (CPAC), a program under the Domestic Violence Action Center (DVAC), is seeking a dedicated and experienced Center Manager to lead the strategic direction for CPAC, manage grant-funded projects & support community initiatives. The Center Manager will play a critical leadership role in coordinating post crisis advocacy and support services for survivors of domestic violence. The Center Manager will oversee CPAC’s program implementation ensuring compliance with grant requirements. This position requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage a diverse range of projects serving Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander communities in Hawaii.

- Oversee daily operations of CPAC, ensuring efficient management of resources and services.
- Supervise staff, contracted providers and volunteers, providing leadership and mentorship.
- Manage program timelines, deliverables, and reporting requirements for multiple grant-funded projects.
- Oversee the implementation & success of CPAC grant-funded projects and collaborations with external partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, nonprofit organizations, and advocacy groups.
- Lead collaborations such as partnerships to provide resources for isolated marginalized communities.
