LEGAL ADVOCATE

We are seeking a compassionate individual who understands the issues involved with domestic violence and can advocate for victims within the civil and criminal justice systems in Lebanon County. Duties include but are not limited to helping victims obtain Protection from Abuse orders, case advocacy, education on legal protocol, and working with other social service systems.
The ideal candidate would have relevant education or experience working with victims of domestic violence or in a human services field. All required training will be provided. Bilingual(Spanish) individuals encouraged to apply. Applicant must have reliable transportation and pass FBI, Act 33 and 34 clearances.
DVI of Lebanon County is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 1990. It provides a comprehensive range of safety, support and emergency housing for victims of domestic violence as well as community-linked services.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
