What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract - CLEET Certified Security Officer position at Domestic Violence Intervention Services?

Hours: Hours will be Tuesdays from 5:30 - 8:00pm
SUMMARY OF DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide on-site security services at the Outpatient Counseling office located at 3124 E. Apache, Tulsa OK 74110, adhering to all federal and state regulations regarding client services, specifically avoiding inappropriate conduct and strictly maintaining client confidentiality.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be present in the front desk area throughout group check-in process
- Walk interior and perimeter of building at least hourly
- Address loitering on the property.
- Check the areas of the building where there are employees, clients and cleaning crew present.
- Be prepared to assist with client misconduct and escorting clients out if needed.
- Be alert and paying attention to surroundings
- Punctuality, arriving no later than 5:30pm
- Be dependable and communicative; letting Client Services Administrator and/or CHRO know with a 24-48 hours advance notice if you will be late or absent
- Assist with the building close-up, i.e. walking the interior of the building to verify it is empty before leaving and making sure front doors are locked.
- Current CLEET certification is required and shall be maintained.
- 1 or more years' experience is expected.
- Excellent verbal and oral communication skills are required.
